An old traffic light testing facility used by VicRoads. It was abandoned over a decade ago but was only demolished in 2020. It used to lie right next to the South Eastern Arterial and was only ever visible from one of the freeway on-ramps. Though there was actually no testing equipment left, the place had an amazing post-apocalyptic feel about it and most of the art there was well-preserved due to the sight-unseen nature of the location.
