Got milk? Here is a Victorian regional dairy and butter factory, built in the 1890s and owned and governed by local farmers of Irish Catholic descent. It was in continuous operation as a local dairy for around a century, closing in the mid-1990s. This explore, from late 2024, covered the main historic building complex (still largely intact and decaying naturally) and its adjoining cafe.
